REFUNDS & RETURNS — EXCHANGES ONLY

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are not issued except for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE:
- Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- - Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- - Original packaging must be included
- - Proof of purchase required
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:
- Email support@neniomclothing.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for exchange.
- 2. We will respond with a return authorization within 24 to 48 hours.
- 3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- 4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange (different size or store credit of equal value) will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
FINAL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS:
Sale items, promotional items, and items purchased with discount codes of 20% or more are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a full refund or replacement.

CANCELLATIONS:
- Standard orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
- - After 12 hours, orders cannot be canceled once production or picking begins.
SHIPPING:
- Standard shipping: 1 to 3 business days processing plus standard transit time.
- - Express shipping: $30 — 1 to 3 business days processing plus expedited transit time.
