Refund policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS — EXCHANGES ONLY

 

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are not issued except for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

 

TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • - Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • - Original packaging must be included
  • - Proof of purchase required

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:

  1. Email support@neniomclothing.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. 2. We will respond with a return authorization within 24 to 48 hours.
  3. 3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. 4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange (different size or store credit of equal value) will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

FINAL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS:

Sale items, promotional items, and items purchased with discount codes of 20% or more are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a full refund or replacement.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Standard orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • - After 12 hours, orders cannot be canceled once production or picking begins.

SHIPPING:

  • Standard shipping: 1 to 3 business days processing plus standard transit time.
  • - Express shipping: $30 — 1 to 3 business days processing plus expedited transit time.
